About the Accommodation

The newly renovated Gründerzeit villa from 1900 offers plenty of space for up to 10 people on 250sqm of living space, 3 balconies and a 50sqm terrace with views over the city. Enjoy the 45 sqm wellness area with sauna and fitness room. The house offers a total of 3 bathrooms, a converted attic with sofa bed and Playstation 5, a four bedrooms with double bed (one of them air-conditioned). The house is centrally heated and also offers cozy fireplace, a kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and other exclusive kitchen appliances.

The central location directly at the park, near the spa offers several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The train station is also within walking distance, so nothing stands in the way of arriving by public transport. Directly at the house there are 2 free parking spaces and a lockable bicycle garage.

Together with the neighboring Villa Sophie, both houses can accommodate up to 22 guests and Villa Johanna offers enough space on the terrace and in the living room for birthday or wedding celebrations with up to 22 people.

Notes

Our prices always apply to the entire holiday home (regardless of the number of guests (max. 10)) and include a welcome package, the final cleaning, and all additional costs and taxes.

In addition, there is the visitor's tax of the city of Bad Herrenalb varying, currently a maximum of 3.70 € / day for guest (older than 14 years).

Please note that smoking is not allowed in the house and neither dogs nor other animals can stay overnight.

Travel relaxed and with small luggage. Our free welcome package includes everything you need as basic equipment for your stay in our vacation home: From made beds, towels and bathrobe for each guest, tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, etc..

For longer stays of 8 days or more, a weekly cleaning is included upon request.

Pure nature and yet right in the middle of it. The Black Forest town of Bad Herrenalb in the idyllic Alb Valley is a popular vacation destination with lots of charm and unspoiled nature. Due to its unique location and natural thermal springs, the town bears the rare double title of "Heilklimatischer Kurort" (climatic health resort) and "Heilbad" (spa) and has been awarded the title of "Nachhaltiges Reiseziel" (sustainable travel destination).

The varied range of leisure activities in the countryside invites visitors to enjoy a variety of activities and experiences all year round.
